The experience was not good, especially the tour guide, who did not treat us with respect at all and canceled some of the trips

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Balkan tour with STM Travel was one of the most wonderful trips of our lives. We experienced no problems whatsoever during the tour. All our expectations were met, and even exceeded them. Our biggest thanks go to our guide, Samet. His cheerful demeanor, attentiveness, patience, and knowledge elevated the tour to a whole new level. His mastery of Balkan history, especially the Ottoman legacy, was truly commendable. He didn't just show us each place; he made us relive the history and stories of each location. Even during the journey, he constantly shared valuable information about the Balkans, making the tour even more meaningful. Our concerns regarding halal food and prayer were also perfectly addressed. We were able to enjoy our breakfasts and dinners with peace of mind, and perform our prayers comfortably. The care shown in this regard made us especially happy. He also went above and beyond when we had extra requests. Samet left such a beautiful impression on us that now, when we think of the Balkans, he's the first person that comes to mind. God willing, if we ever go to the Balkans again, we would like Samet to be our guide once more. We sincerely thank the STM Travel team, especially our brother Samet. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality, and morally respectful Balkan tour.

We had a trip to the Balkans guided by Mr. Ahmet Şamil Akçakıl. His informative explanations about the history and socio-cultural characteristics of the regions added a lot to our knowledge. He was also a very friendly and helpful person; I thank him for his interest and attention. The local restaurant and hotel choices were also excellent. I thank the entire STM team.

I first encountered STM Travel through their trip to Uzbekistan. I must say that this trip, which was beautifully planned from start to finish, was wonderful and enjoyable. We were very pleased with our Bosnia and Herzegovina tour with STM Travel. We would like to thank our guide, Mr. Imran, for sincerely conveying the history of the region and the spirit of the war to us. The hotel we stayed in was excellent, and the tour route was very impressive. The local delicacies and the choice of venues were very carefully considered. We would also like to thank Mr. Muhammed, who made this wonderful tour possible, and Mr. Tarık, the company partner who was with us throughout the tour. I recommend it to anyone looking for a well-organized, high-quality tour. Here's to many more tours!

I participated in a Bosnia trip with STM Tour. Abdullah Tarık Bey's attentiveness, our guide being Bosnian and his sincere way of recounting the events, the quality of the team 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾, their attention to prayer times and halal food – everything was wonderful. We visited beautiful places, ate delicious food, and made friends to join on other tours together :)

Bosna Hersek turuna giderken güzel bir gezi yaşayacağımı düşünüyordum; ama meğer insan bazen bir ülkeyi değil, bambaşka bir hissi tanımaya gidiyormuş. Bu yolculuk sadece görülen yerlerden ibaret değildi; insana kendini değerli hissettiren, samimiyetin hâlâ gerçekten var olduğuna inandıran çok özel bir deneyimdi. Yemekler öylesine seçilmiş yerler değildi… Nerede en güzel tat, en güzel ortam varsa oraya gidildi. Herkesin ne istediği tek tek dinlendi, önemsendi ve uygulanmaya çalışıldı. Bir turdan çok, sevdiğiniz insanlarla çıkılmış bir yolculuk gibiydi. Tarık Bey ve Muhammed Bey ise bu işin en unutulmaz tarafıydı. Rehberlik yapmaktan çok daha fazlasını yapıyorlar; insanın en küçük detayıyla bile ilgilenip her an yanında olduklarını hissettiriyorlar. Tek başınıza bile katılsanız bir yabancılık hissetmeniz mümkün değil. Çünkü sizi bir müşteri gibi değil, emanet edilmiş bir misafir gibi görüyorlar. Ve tüm gezi boyunca aklımdan tek bir şey geçti: “Bir insan, maddi karşılığın çok ötesinde bir iyiliği nasıl bu kadar içten yapabilir?” Çünkü ortada sadece planlanmış bir tur yoktu; emek, vicdan, samimiyet ve kalpten gelen bir özen vardı. Maneviyatı, eğlencesi, sohbeti, huzuru ve hissettirdiği o tarifsiz güven… Bazı yolculuklar bittiğinde sadece fotoğraf bırakmaz, insanda iz bırakır. Bu gezi de tam olarak öyleydi. Bazı şeyleri ne kadar anlatırsanız anlatın eksik kalır… Bu yorumu okuyorsanız bir gezi planı yapmak üzeresiniz demektir. Kesinlikle bir şans verilmeli çünkü ikinci şansı başkasına vermek istemeyeceksiniz bile.
